    nice bar, beautiful beach, high security

    Room amenities need updating for a five-star hotel!!! Housekeeping could benefit from better organization, especially regarding towel availability!!! Communication from reception could improve significantly!!! Entertainment options felt lacking during the winter!!!

    The reception staff were extra nice, and the breakfast was really good. Big shoutout to Ahmed and Reda for accommodating our early breakfast request. The cleaning staff were respectful too. I loved the garden view from my room!

    Fairly clean hotel in an old fashioned building close enough to famous suburbs like La Marsa as well as a quiet area with special security on arrival. Very-very nice staff and excellent location close to downtown

    Newly decorated hotel, everything was perfect. Greatly enjoyed our rooms with a nice view. It was in an absolutely perfect and magnificent location very close to famous suburbs like La Marsa, Gamarth, Sidi BouSaid, and courtyard and the spa.

    Breakfast was a vibrant spread of delicious options, and I had a blast sipping cocktails thanks to the barmen at the bar. Had a marvelous stay with lovely views from my Standard Room with Garden View, giving a nice taste of La Marsa.

    Spent a lovely 5 nights in a Superior Room with Sea View. Great access to the clean beach and an inviting swimming pool kept everyone entertained. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had beautiful views. The daily breakfast offered a decent variety of fresh choices. Mr Haythem, the manager, really impressed me with his professionalism. He even hosted a dinner for our group once. My family loved the atmosphere, and the staff seemed eager to help. The slow service was frustrating at times, especially during breakfast when I had to wait longer than expected. Some amenities advertised, like diverse restaurant options, weren't available, disappointing.
